CRO Specialist – DTC E‑commerce (Remote, EU)

About the role

We are looking for a CRO Specialist to own and grow conversion performance for one to two DTC e‑commerce brands. Working remotely within the EU, you will lead structured experiments, improve conversion rates, increase average order value and drive profitability alongside a dedicated team of designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Own conversion rate optimisation for 1–2 e‑commerce brands.
• Plan, prioritise and run split‑tests on key pages and funnels.
• Analyse user behaviour, funnel data and test results to uncover opportunities.
• Develop clear test hypotheses and maintain a testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and web designers to implement experiments.
• Monitor experiment performance and translate insights into actionable next steps.
• Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience running A/B or split tests in e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of CRO metrics, average order value and profitability drivers.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics and experiment results.
• Experience collaborating with design and development teams.
• Ability to take ownership and make decisions based on performance outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and clear thinking.
