F&B Service Expert – Room Service

About the role

Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert delivering room‑service experiences that delight guests. You will be the face of our food and beverage team, ensuring every interaction feels personal, safe, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies throughout the shift.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
