Host/Hostess – Hotel Dining

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to welcome guests at our hotel restaurant in Skopje. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and pleasant seating experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and manage the waiting list.
• Seat guests promptly, pull out chairs, and provide clean menus.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Monitor table availability, safety, and overall guest well‑being.
• Ensure place settings are complete with napkins, silverware, and any required items.
• Keep menus current, clean, and wrinkle‑free.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and assist guests as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
