About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M’s Palma Mall store in Tetovo you will work 20 hours per week delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store and help them find the right products while representing the brand positively.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, sharing fashion knowledge to support informed choices.
• Maintain the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas well‑stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Collaborate with teammates and the wider Area team to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, creativity and curiosity.
• Flexibility and action‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with store technology (e.g., POS system).
