About the role

As a Sales Advisor in a City Mall store, you will be the front‑line representative of the brand, creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will greet visitors, guide them through the store, and help them find the right products while showcasing the latest fashion collections.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout their visit.
• Share fashion knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for business.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and wider Area team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong desire to help customers.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and curiosity.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible, action‑oriented attitude.
