Content Marketer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Content Marketer to own and drive organic growth for established educators, experts, and creator‑led personal brands. This role goes beyond simple posting – you will craft and execute full‑funnel content strategies that attract audiences, boost engagement, generate qualified leads, and convert followers into customers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own organic content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Transform expert knowledge, frameworks and niche positioning into high‑performing posts, videos, carousels, newsletters and email sequences.
• Research trends, creators, formats, hooks and competitor content to generate fresh ideas.
• Script short‑ and long‑form video content, create storyboards and design visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Build lead magnets, ManyChat automations and email nurturing flows to capture and convert leads.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, copywriting and design workflows.
• Track content and funnel performance, analyse data and continuously optimise for better results.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing organic social media and personal brands, preferably for creators, educators, coaches or experts.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Excellent content strategy and copywriting abilities, with a deep understanding of hooks, storytelling and direct‑response techniques.
• Data‑driven mindset and ability to analyse performance metrics.
• Proactive, creative and highly organised, able to manage end‑to‑end growth in a fast‑paced environment.
