Senior B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

42DM is seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own and coordinate full‑funnel marketing programs for tech‑focused B2B clients. You will work directly with clients in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, automation and enterprise software, shaping strategy, driving execution and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel marketing programs aligned with client revenue and pipeline targets.
• Own positioning and messaging: define value propositions, ICP‑specific frameworks and competitive narratives.
• Translate strategy into detailed program briefs covering ICP, offers, messaging, channels, assets, SLAs and measurement plans.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end conversion paths, including landing pages, forms, email nurture flows, retargeting and sales handoff.
• Manage execution across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), SEO, content‑led inbound, email lifecycle, ABM and CRO initiatives.
• Maintain timelines, quality, resource allocation and dependency management across delivery teams.
• Run hypothesis‑driven experiments, maintain a backlog and report performance insights to clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech sectors such as cybersecurity, AI or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified conversations and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to audit CRM/funnel data and optimize conversion bottlenecks.
• Client‑facing experience with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional specialists and drive projects from strategy to execution.
