MP&L Manager

About the role

Lear, a global automotive technology leader, is expanding its operations in Skopje and seeks an MP&L Manager to lead central material planning and logistics. The role ensures strategic material planning aligns with production needs, supporting seamless manufacturing continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a central material planning team to improve supply chain performance.
• Introduce and implement strategic material systems and procedures.
• Analyze customer schedules to identify demand and constraints.
• Coordinate material supply to the plant, overseeing storage and daily production support.
• Manage risk, escalations, and ERP/MRP parameter maintenance.
• Develop, monitor, and act on KPIs related to inventory and supply.
• Ensure stock accuracy in ERP and drive launches without material disruptions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance and supplier teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics or production planning within manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end material planning and inventory processes.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
