VIP Flight Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced VIP Flight Specialist to manage air travel for a US‑based travel management partner. The role involves handling end‑to‑end reservations, ticketing and last‑minute changes for corporate, entertainment and other high‑touch clients, working remotely with teams in Serbia and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Book, ticket, exchange, reissue and refund domestic and international air reservations.
• Build and manage complex itineraries, including multi‑city and international travel.
• Research and recommend optimal routing, fare and ticketing options.
• Handle schedule changes, cancellations and urgent traveler requests.
• Monitor active bookings, anticipate disruptions and propose alternatives.
• Document all reservations and changes accurately and maintain clear communication with the travel team.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with GDS platforms (Sabre or Amadeus).
• In‑depth knowledge of air ticketing, fare rules, exchanges, refunds and reissues.
• Proven track record booking international and complex multi‑city itineraries.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Reliable, responsive and highly service‑oriented.
