About the role

As a Customer Service Representative in the e‑commerce sector, you will be the front‑line contact for shoppers, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful and memorable. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels and help build long‑term loyalty for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Interact politely and professionally with customers, answering questions and providing support.
• Communicate via inbound/outbound phone calls, chat, social media, and email.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience in every contact.
• Proactively present products and generate interest aligned with customer needs.
• Identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions while maintaining service standards.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about products, services and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

• Minimum high school diploma.
