About the role

Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests in Skopje. You will be the frontline ambassador, ensuring every meal is enjoyed in a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain work areas, replenish supplies, and uphold hygiene standards.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the dining area safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied floor surfaces.
