Junior Project Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and implementation of real‑estate and construction projects in Skopje. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and public authorities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans, budgets, timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress, deadlines and budget performance.
• Support tendering, documentation and contract‑related tasks.
• Communicate with municipalities and public institutions to obtain permits and required documentation.
• Prepare project updates, reports and presentations for management.
• Help identify and resolve project‑related issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction, real estate or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with the ability to manage priorities.
• Professional working proficiency in Macedonian and English; knowledge of Albanian or Danish is a plus.
