Rent Review Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a confident, target‑driven Rent Review Coordinator to manage rent review operations for a large UK residential property portfolio. Working remotely from Macedonia, you will combine market analysis with tenant negotiations to help maximise landlord returns while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research local property trends and comparable market evidence to calculate and recommend competitive rent increases.
• Negotiate rent adjustments professionally with tenants, balancing commercial targets with long‑term tenant retention.
• Prepare standard statutory notices (Section 13) and conduct routine compliance and AML checks.
• Maintain accurate records throughout each review lifecycle, logging outcomes, notices, and correspondence in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Lettings and Property Management teams to ensure seamless execution and a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English with a confident phone manner.
• Background in customer service, phone‑based negotiations, sales, or property administration.
• Comfortable delivering persuasive conversations over the phone and handling objections.
• Detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy with high accuracy in paperwork.
• Eager to learn; full training on UK rent‑review processes and legal notices will be provided.
• Must be based in Macedonia.
