Account Executive

About the role

EmbedSocial is hiring an experienced Account Executive to own opportunities and turn qualified prospects into customers across our UGC, Reviews, Social Listening, and Social Proof products. We’re looking for someone who can do more than respond to leads, someone who knows how to run discovery, build urgency, handle objections, negotiate, and close.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed‑won.
• Run discovery calls and product demos.
• Understand customer needs, budgets, stakeholders, and buying processes.
• Proactively move deals forward and maintain strong follow‑up.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage and forecast your pipeline.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Managers.
• Improve sales processes, messaging, and conversion rates using data, AI, and automation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in an Account Executive role.
• Proven experience closing SaaS deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to create urgency and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM, sales automation, AI, or lead enrichment tools.
• Commercial and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
