Account Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

Lango is seeking a mid‑level Account Manager to drive revenue growth and nurture client relationships within the healthcare sector. You will work directly with key hospital, clinic and behavioral health customers, helping them meet language‑access needs while expanding Lango’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue in existing healthcare accounts.
• Manage account pipelines, maintain accurate forecasts and provide actionable insights to business‑unit leadership.
• Build long‑term client relationships, understand their needs and align Lango’s solutions accordingly.
• Lead data‑driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure high‑quality CRM data in HubSpot, documenting all client interactions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Business Development and Marketing to align strategies and improve client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and translate market insights into tailored solutions.
• Report regularly on account performance, pipeline status and revenue forecasts to senior management.
