Account Manager (Senior & Junior) – Advertising Agency

About the role

Futura 2/2 is an independent advertising agency founded in 2004. We work across creative, digital, media and production, taking projects from the first brief through to final delivery. We’re looking for Senior and Junior Account Managers to join our team in Skopje. You’ll be a point of contact for clients and work closely with our creative, media and production teams to keep projects moving. We’re considering candidates at both junior and senior levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients and understand their needs.
• Prepare clear briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate people, schedules and deliverables across projects.
• Track progress, budgets and deadlines, and keep clients informed.
• Help solve issues as they arise and ensure the final work meets the brief.

Required profile

• Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks and follow through on details.
• A practical, collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in advertising, marketing or project coordination is welcome.
