Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, results‑driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow AIRNEX’s affiliate programme across multiple channels, turning it into a measurable revenue driver.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand affiliate programmes on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok and affiliate networks.
• Develop long‑term strategy and KPIs together with the Marketing Manager.
• Launch campaigns, promotions and incentive programmes to boost affiliate engagement and revenue.
• Prospect, recruit and onboard new affiliates and influencers.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure growth in qualified leads and conversions.
• Maintain communication with affiliates, responding within 24 hours.
• Provide weekly performance reports, analyse results and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing e‑commerce affiliate programmes.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue‑share and other performance‑based models.
• Full‑time availability with no concurrent freelance work.
• Near‑native English verbal and written skills.
• Impeccable work ethic and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Amazon Affiliate Network (Creator Connections, Associates) knowledge.
• TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate Programme familiarity.
• Experience with affiliate networks such as Commission Junction / CJ Affiliate.
• Analytical ability to filter raw data, spot trends and derive actionable insights.
