American English Dialect Coach

About the role

Logan Premium is a third‑party logistics provider focused on integrity, service and flawless execution. As the American English Dialect Coach you will work with each team member individually and in groups to improve everyday vocabulary, pronunciation and professional speech clarity, driving accent reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current English proficiency of all team members.
• Create personalized plans tailored to each employee’s individual needs.
• Teach pronunciation, accent reduction, written and verbal grammar and spelling.
• Provide individual and group coaching.
• Provide regular progress tracking and feedback to management.

Required profile

• Highly communicative.
• Fluent in American English, both spoken and written.
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven experience in accent reduction, pronunciation coaching, speech instruction or a similar field.
• Experienced in creating tailored training programs for individuals at all levels of English competency.
• Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or certified accent/ESL training credentials.
• Ability to work flexibly around team members' schedules on‑site in Skopje.
