Architect – 5+ years experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead design and project development for our office in Skopje. The role involves managing all phases required to obtain building permits and delivering detailed documentation and cost estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases necessary for obtaining building permits.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of North Macedonian building laws, regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with other architectural design software.
