Brand Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Designer who wants to be part of a small, focused team and work on projects where visual identity has a direct impact on how a company grows and is perceived. You will work on building visual identities for international companies and award‑winning design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual identities, from concept to final brand system: logo, typography, color palette, grid systems, brand graphics, and visual language.
• Create creative directions (moodboards) applicable across web, product, and marketing, aligned with the client’s business needs.
• Design brand guidelines and structured design documentation.
• Create digital and print marketing materials based on the brand system.
• Collaborate with the web design and development team to implement the visual identity into digital products.

Required profile

• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color hierarchy, rhythm, contrast, and balance.
• Technically confident in Figma (shortcuts, auto layout, components, libraries) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Follows modern branding practices, design studios, and platforms.
• Knows how to build consistent and scalable visual identity systems.
• Can take feedback, iterate quickly, and manage work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has an eye for modern, clean, and functional aesthetics.
