Cloud / Platform Engineer III

About the role

RLDatix is seeking a Cloud / Platform Engineer III to join its global engineering team in Skopje. In this role you will design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable production systems that power our healthcare platforms worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for secure software delivery across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to embed reliability, scalability, and operational excellence into application and infrastructure design.
• Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure using infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD best practices.
• Monitor production systems, diagnose moderately complex issues, and drive root‑cause solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Implement and evolve observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Navigate ambiguous technical requirements by designing flexible solutions and iterating as business needs evolve.
• Maintain high engineering quality through peer reviews, test‑driven development, and proactive technical debt management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience as a Production Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer in a production‑focused environment.
• Strong background designing, implementing, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure and microservice‑based architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, IAM, KMS) and high‑availability multi‑AZ or multi‑region setups.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), workload scheduling, RBAC, Helm deployments, and GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).
