About the role
We are looking for a Corporate IT Intern to provide day‑to‑day support for end‑user requests related to desktop software, hardware, telecom and video conferencing. The role includes troubleshooting equipment, preparing new user desktops and laptops, and maintaining hardware and software.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑user requests related to desktop software/hardware, telecom, and video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Prepare new user desktops and laptop devices.
- Handle maintenance of hardware and software.
Required profile
- Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Professional demeanor and comfort working with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
