Creative Marketing Producer

About the role

CapsLock is seeking a Creative Marketing Producer who blends research‑driven insight with hands‑on video production. You will turn emerging trends and performance data into short‑form video concepts that drive acquisition for clients in home improvement, health, legal and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and document emerging video trends on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Research new video styles, generate creative hypotheses and translate them into testable concepts.
• Lead projects from idea through delivery, coordinating creators, influencers and bloggers.
• Develop and manage test plans with media buyers, reviewing performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, watch time and CPA.
• Maintain a “create → test → learn → scale” workflow to continuously optimise creative assets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video formats and what drives performance on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proven ability to collaborate with remote creators and oversee shoots.
• Comfortable interpreting marketing performance data and communicating findings.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Midjourney for AI‑generated visual references.
• Claude or similar AI assistants for workflow automation.
• Experience with UGC and influencer platforms.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and creative experiment analysis.
