Credit Officer – Delčevo Branch

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Officer to join our Delčevo branch. The role involves promoting bank products, acquiring new clients, and managing credit applications while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
• Attract new clients, present credit products and build long‑term relationships.
• Conduct field sales and direct client interactions.
• Receive, process and evaluate credit applications.
• Participate in credit committee activities and administer credit operations.
• Analyze credit risk, prepare proposals and present them to the appropriate committee.
• Develop marketing plans for business activities and ensure their execution.
• Prepare complete financial documentation for credit reports.
• Report on promotional and sales performance of all bank products.
• Manage portfolio collection and growth to ensure stability.
• Contribute to enhancing the bank’s image.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
• Orientation towards marketing and product promotion.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and comply with internal and legal regulations.
• Team‑player with problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
