Customer Experience Representative (Part‑time)

About the role

Slice is looking for a part‑time Customer Experience Representative to support restaurant partners and their customers through phone interactions. You will work onsite, handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, and resolving everyday support issues while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone orders and initiate outbound calls to assist restaurant partners.
• Resolve common support scenarios independently and document each interaction accurately in Slice systems.
• Meet service‑level expectations for quality, productivity, and error rate.
• Identify and escalate complex issues with clear context to senior team members.
• Collaborate with peers, team leads, and senior staff to ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Provide additional support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication (minimum B2 level).
• At least one year of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process requests accurately.
• Calm, empathetic, and effective in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities during peak periods.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Comfort using ticketing systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency.
