Digital Marketing Consultant – GTM Engineer

About the role

We help B2B companies build outbound systems that consistently generate leads. As a Digital Marketing Consultant you will act as a Campaign Manager for our clients, delivering end‑to‑end cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, target, set up, test, execute, report and optimise cold email campaigns.
• Create and maintain contact databases using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Excel and Clay.com.
• Build cold email sequences on instantly.ai and LinkedIn automation on heyreach.io.
• Serve as the main point of contact, fostering long‑term client relationships and ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Produce customised performance reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in GTM engineering, cold emailing, lead generation, email marketing or campaign management.
• Experience in account management or client‑facing roles, preferably in an international environment.
• Higher education in B2B marketing, project management or business development is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Active freelancer status, compliant with local laws, and ability to work remotely with a dedicated quiet workspace.
