Entry-Level System Support Analyst (Monitoring)

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level System Support Analyst to join our 24x7 monitoring team. You will work with Datadog dashboards to observe system health, validate alerts, and help classify incidents while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time system health using Datadog dashboards and alerts.
• Review and validate alerts to identify genuine incidents.
• Assist in confirming, classifying, and escalating incidents based on impact and severity.
• Communicate incident updates clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of monitoring activities.
• Follow runbooks and standard operating procedures to support 24x7 operations.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support or monitoring (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of monitoring and incident‑management concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
