ERP Functional Consultant – Business & Finance Processes

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our team and focus on Business & Finance processes, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role sits at the intersection of business analysis, technology, and project delivery, supporting international implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis workshops and gather customer requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate needs into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to turn requirements into practical ERP solutions.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, priorities and timelines.
• Create and maintain task and project plans, tracking progress, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to customers.
• Facilitate communication between customers, consultants and developers.
• Participate in solution design, functional configuration and review system outputs.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage customer feedback.
• Prepare functional documentation, process guides and training materials.
• Support go‑live activities and post‑implementation improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes in at least one functional area (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
• Experience working with ERP or other complex business systems.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Experience coordinating projects, tasks, teams or implementation activities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and business stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Structured, accountable and detail‑oriented approach.
