EUC Support Engineer – Dispatch

About the role

The EUC Support Engineer (Dispatch) provides Level 1‑2 technical assistance for network and desktop infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, performance, and timely issue resolution. The role bridges operational execution with business objectives while maintaining service quality, uptime, and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1‑2 support for network incidents, monitor performance, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic routing/switching problems.
• Manage tickets within defined SLAs, configure and install routers, switches, access points, and support VPN connectivity.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and resolutions, and follow network support standards.
• Communicate with end‑users, internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers, providing timely updates to supervisors.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution, accurate reporting, and proactive monitoring to sustain stable network connectivity.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA (preferred) and familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems.
• Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and basic network security concepts.

Required skills

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks (Wi‑Fi).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic routing/switching.
• Experience supporting VPN connectivity and user access issues.
