About the role

Leakom Marison is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead daily operations at its cocoa powder factory in Skopje, ensuring efficient and consistent production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor operational performance, track progress, and achieve production targets.
• Lead, manage, train, and develop factory staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational costs.
• Coordinate activities across departments to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of quality, organisation, and workplace safety.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on manager with strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in factory operations, food processing, manufacturing or industrial production.
