Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will support Epiroc’s business in North Macedonia and the wider region by ensuring efficient finance administration, reporting and controlling. The role aims to stabilise the finance set‑up across North Macedonia and Bulgaria while reducing single‑person dependency and sharing knowledge regionally.

Key responsibilities

• Administer finance and reporting flow for Epiroc North Macedonia in coordination with the Business Controller.
• Handle internal and external finance queries; act as main contact for KPMG North Macedonia and the Prague Centre of Excellence.
• Support Procure‑to‑Pay activities: invoice scanning, archiving, PDF preparation for bank transfers, and workflow improvement.
• Manage Accounts‑Payable documentation, GL journal support, trend analysis and corrective journal proposals.
• Oversee Order‑to‑Cash processes: send reminders, dunning, and produce AR aging reports.
• Prepare group reporting, inventory follow‑up and statutory reconciliations with KPMG.
• Assist with statutory set‑up conversion for Bulgaria.
• Provide office administration support: phone handling, travel booking, document filing, car‑fleet management and SHEQ compliance.
• Execute credit controlling tasks in SAP: new customer set‑up, sales order releases, weekly receivables reporting and dunning distribution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge.
• Excellent PC skills, especially with MS Office.
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
• Very good spoken and written English and fluent Macedonian.
