Frontend Developer – React.js to React Native

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with solid JavaScript, TypeScript and React.js experience who wants to move into mobile development using React Native. The role is based in Skopje with a hybrid working model and will involve building cross‑platform mobile applications for an international financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern mobile apps with React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers.
• Transform UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive mobile interfaces.
• Write clean, scalable, well‑tested code and reusable UI components.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues and optimise applications.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Commercial experience with React.js and building responsive user interfaces.
• Good understanding of component‑based architecture and state‑management concepts.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and strong debugging skills.
