Functional Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant

About the role

ForUp helps medium and large organisations implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions. As a Functional Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant you will work directly with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into practical ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document business processes.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules within your area of expertise.
• Support testing and user‑acceptance testing, investigating and resolving issues.
• Train key users and prepare functional documentation.
• Support go‑live, post‑go‑live improvements, and handle first‑ and second‑line functional requests.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and functional design.
• Understanding of business processes in the specialist area.
• Experience supporting testing, users, and issue resolution.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with client stakeholders in English.
