German-speaking Customer Support Representative (C1) – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a C1‑level German‑speaking Customer Support Representative who will be the main point of contact for German customers. The role involves handling inquiries about orders, resolving issues such as delayed or damaged shipments, and ensuring professional communication via phone, email and chat. The position is fully remote, freelance and full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support through calls (outbound), emails and chats.
• Answer order‑related questions, modify or cancel orders, and address shipment delays or incorrect items.
• Handle complaints, propose resolutions and, when necessary, escalate complex cases to the technical department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer service tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Previous experience in customer support.
• Comfortable with phone communication and attentive to detail.
• Basic English proficiency (B1 level).
• Ability to work under stress and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
