Graphic Designer & Creative Project Supervisor

About the role

Alba Bridges is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer and Creative Project Supervisor for its Kičevo office, working on behalf of its U.S. client, Vlore POS & Foods. The role covers creating professional designs, supervising other designers, communicating with customers and keeping projects organized from request to delivery. It is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, five days a week, with U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update restaurant menus, flyers, brochures, product labels, signage and digital graphics.
• Create website layouts and coordinate website development and content updates.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleeds, resolution and colour settings.
• Check spelling, pricing, layout, branding and customer instructions before submission for approval.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, track deadlines and follow up with team members.
• Review other designers' work, give clear feedback and train newer employees.
• Communicate directly with U.S. customers in English by email, phone and video call, and with colleagues in English and Albanian.
• Coordinate with website developers, printers and outside vendors, and manage customer revisions, approvals and final delivery.

Required profile

• Professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Experience supervising designers, leading a team or managing creative projects.
• Strong written and spoken English and Albanian, able to discuss projects and handle professional conversations in both languages.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence communicating with customers and taking responsibility for project completion.
• Daily attendance at the Kičevo office, Monday to Friday, during U.S. Central Time business hours (afternoon and evening in North Macedonia); exact schedule confirmed at interview.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat, with working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, photo editing and print production.
• Website design or website content management experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Pipedrive, Asana, Monday.com or ClickUp.
• Restaurant menus, hospitality marketing or food packaging experience is a plus.
