GTM Strategy & Copy Lead

About the role

We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Copy Lead to own our messaging, positioning, and outbound campaign strategy. This role goes beyond traditional copywriting, requiring deep understanding of go‑to‑market tactics, audience definition, and high‑performing cold‑email creation. You will collaborate closely with the GTM team and clients to build outbound programs that generate real pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own messaging strategy across client campaigns.
• Build and optimize cold‑email sequences.
• Define targeting, positioning, and campaign angles.
• Partner with GTM Engineers on overall campaign strategy.
• Review and improve copy quality across the team.
• Develop AI‑driven workflows to accelerate and scale messaging.
• Test, analyze, and refine campaigns based on performance data.
• Participate in client discussions around messaging and strategy.

Required profile

• Experience as a GTM Strategist, Campaign Manager, or similar role at an outbound agency.
• Hands‑on expertise writing cold‑email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
• Proven use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with US‑based clients across diverse industries.

Required skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Clay.
• Experience using Apollo.
• Knowledge of PlusVibe.
• Use of BuiltWith for prospecting.
• Experience with RB2B or similar platforms.
