HealthTech Co-Founder & CMO – 100% Remote

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to act as Co‑Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for a new HealthTech venture. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to build and scale a startup from the ground up with direct support from seasoned founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market and branding strategy for the HealthTech product.
• Lead the creation of a sales and marketing engine to achieve product‑market fit.
• Collaborate with serial entrepreneurs and investors to refine the business model.
• Recruit and manage top‑tier talent through our extensive professional network.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent English communication skills.
