HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist who can take ownership of recruitment and the wider day‑to‑day HR function. This individual‑contributor role involves sourcing and interviewing candidates, developing job descriptions, setting KPIs, supporting performance management and handling employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Develop clear recruitment plans with hiring managers and build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Work with senior leadership on organisational design, job analysis and workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and measurable KPIs for all roles.
• Support managers with performance‑management processes, goal setting, probation reviews and employee feedback.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, conduct investigations, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation and health‑and‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive, hands‑on HR experience, including end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Experience handling employee‑relations matters such as performance concerns, grievances and disciplinary procedures (a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Confidence using HR information systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel for HR data analysis.
• Familiarity with performance‑management platforms (a plus).
