Industrial Tech Co‑Founder / Head of Product (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to own, build and run a new industrial‑tech startup. You will work 100 % remotely, supported by a network of serial entrepreneurs and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and scaling of your own industrial‑tech venture, targeting €100 M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a personalised development programme with weekly sparring sessions from unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring assistance from a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Benefit from intensive coaching to prepare for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved and help build a sales and marketing engine.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 M+ revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
