Insurance Agent – Life Insurance Sales

About the role

Join a well‑established Slovenian insurance company operating in Macedonia for the past seven years. As an Insurance Agent you will sell life‑insurance products, build long‑term client relationships and benefit from a steady flow of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Conduct financial consultations and present life‑insurance solutions.
• Maintain and support an existing portfolio of clients.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
• Previous experience in sales, banking or commercial roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Ability to perform financial consultations.
• Proficiency in presenting insurance products.
