Internal Finance Associate

About the role

As an Accountant you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Finance and Accounting Department and internal clients of the firm, ensuring precision, responsibility, and a client‑oriented mindset. You will work collaboratively in a multinational environment and adapt to varying workloads.

Key responsibilities

• General Ledger accounting on a stand‑alone level, including daily cash movements, invoices, expense accruals, pre‑payments, intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare client billing invoices in the system based on engagement manager instructions and e‑billing procedures.
• Record and post purchase invoices in the system.
• Monitor employee expense reimbursements and process related accounting entries.
• Prepare payment orders through the electronic banking platform and maintain bank documentation.
• Coordinate physical submission and collection of documents with banks, tax authorities, and other governmental institutions.
• Compile supporting documentation for double‑taxation treaty relief applications related to foreign vendor payments.
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of client‑related tasks.
• Perform statistical reporting as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Macedonian.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong analytical thinking.
• Team‑player with willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
