ITIL 4 Master Certified Professional (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an ITIL 4 Master certified professional to join a contractual engagement supporting one of our clients. This is a professional services contract with a defined scope and duration, focused on strengthening IT service management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support incident, problem, and service request management processes.
• Contribute to service quality and availability management practices.
• Assist service desk operations and monitoring/event management as needed.
• Participate in project documentation as the named certified resource.
• Remain available for the full contract duration according to the terms.

Required profile

• Valid ITIL 4 Master certification (all Managing Professional and Strategic Leader modules completed, plus Master‑level assessment).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT service management.
• Proven experience in service quality management, incident/problem management, and service desk operations.
• Ability to provide a copy of the certification and a concise professional biography/CV.
