Junior Account Manager / Creative Strategist

About the role

Advertisable is seeking a proactive Junior Account Manager who will also act as a Creative Strategist. You will own client accounts from strategy development through AI‑generated video creation, post‑production, performance monitoring and direct client communication. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who treats each account as their own.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for clients, including brand analysis, target audience definition, messaging and ad angles.
• Create AI‑generated video ads using the Advertisable platform.
• Edit and post‑produce videos in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Finalize creatives according to client briefs and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyse creative performance in Meta Ads Manager, identifying why certain creatives succeed and proposing next tests.
• Make data‑driven decisions through A/B testing, interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate and hold rate.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, propose solutions and deliver results on time.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with video editing in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and ability to read performance data.
• Understanding of creative strategy for paid social and how to test it.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with strong attention to visual quality and detail.
