Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Valtech, you will manage day‑to‑day database and marketing activities, handling incoming requests and delivering roadmap items. You will empower global marketing teams by streamlining processes, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimise and deploy marketing automation campaigns focused on database growth and lead nurturing.
• Design and implement sophisticated workflows across multiple tools and platforms.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using a mix of analytics tools.
• Maintain data accuracy and hygiene, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Apply advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing to support data‑driven decision making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders worldwide to deliver requests and roadmap items.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the Marketo marketing automation platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical mindset and enjoyment of digging into data to find root causes.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Accountability, strong communication, collaboration and time‑management skills.
• Continuous desire to learn about the business.
