Materials Administrator – Production Logistics

About the role

Join Lear's new logistics centre in Skopje as a Materials Administrator. You will support the flow of production materials for seating plants across Europe and Africa, ensuring timely delivery to the production line and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of production materials to achieve Just‑in‑Time (JIT) availability.
• Support inbound and outbound traffic management, working with carriers and third‑party logistics providers.
• Monitor customer schedules and release orders to suppliers accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with production targets.
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP and other operational systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new part introductions and engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Promote health, safety and environmental best practices on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (open to fresh graduates).
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivation to learn and develop in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
