About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our production line at Gerresheimer. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the assigned line, maintaining product quality, and complying with strict pharmaceutical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently monitor material, product, and equipment quality through regular controls.
• Continuously observe the production process on the assigned line and maintain required process parameters.
• Perform inspections according to production documentation and specifications.
• Identify root causes of errors and initiate corrective or escalation actions.
• Document activities, cleaning records, and daily logs in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Communicate effectively between shifts to meet production goals.
• Report any raw material quality issues to the responsible supervisor with accurate defect details.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
• Preferably experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, medical, or sterile manufacturing setting.
• Basic knowledge of English.
