Part‑Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist – Minor Care (Remote)

About the role

Spring Health is looking for licensed psychotherapists or psychologists to provide remote mental‑health care for minors (age 6+) in North Macedonia. The role is part‑time, flexible and supported by an AI‑enabled platform that streamlines documentation and scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based counseling to adults and minors via tele‑health, following brief online screenings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar, complete session notes promptly, and collaborate with clinical support teams.
• Provide culturally competent care, safety planning, and intervene when clients present higher risk situations.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, social worker, etc.) in North Macedonia.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience, including treatment of minors.
• Fluent in Macedonian; conversational English for onboarding and documentation.
• Access to reliable internet, computer, and competence with tele‑health technology.
