Process Engineer – PCB Production

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our PCB production factory in Skopje. You will help design, develop and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure high quality, efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise PCB manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain process control systems, using sensors and software to monitor and adjust operating parameters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical or related).
• Basic knowledge of PCB production processes and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
