About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will join Macedonian Telecom's dynamic sales team, interacting directly with existing and potential customers in our retail outlets. The role focuses on promoting telecom products, services, and equipment while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in sales activities targeting both existing and prospective customers.
• Increase up‑sales and cross‑sales by proactively offering products, services, and accessories.
• Inform and present new campaigns, tariff plans, devices (phones, laptops, TVs) and accessories (headsets, chargers, speakers).
• Close contracts, activate services, modify tariff models, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Team player with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑growing environment.
