Product Manager – Media Buyer Automation Platform

About the role

CapsLock is expanding its product team and is looking for a Product Manager to own a key part of its internal product ecosystem. The initial focus will be the Media Buyer Automation Platform – a rules engine, pacing logic, spend controls and workflow tooling that enables a small team of media buyers to manage large budgets efficiently. The scope will later broaden to other internal tools supporting the acquisition engine, such as marketing automation, reporting, analytics and creative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the end‑to‑end roadmap for the Media Buyer Automation Platform, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with media buyers to translate workflow needs into automation features such as budget pacing, anomaly alerts, spend guardrails and bulk actions.
• Identify manual processes across the business and evaluate automation opportunities, either through internal development or external solutions.
• Write detailed product specifications for engineering, including edge cases, failure modes and rollback behavior.
• Prototype lightweight automations to accelerate alignment and address smaller workflow needs.
• Lead adoption efforts through onboarding, documentation, enablement and continuous feedback loops.
• Measure product impact on CPA, ROAS, wasted spend and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on builder who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys close feedback loops with internal users.
• Strong collaboration skills, working daily with Engineering, Data, Media Buying, Creative and Operations teams.
• Ability to own product strategy, prioritize features and drive execution from concept to launch.
